Ventricle

The chamber of the heart that is responsible for pumping blood to the rest of the body. In mammals and birds, there are two ventricles, left and right. The right ventricle pumps deoxygenated blood to the lungs via the pulmonary artery and the left ventricle pumps oxygenated blood to the body via the aorta.

Veritgo

Feeling as if your environment is moving when no movement occurs. Unlike nonspecific lightheadedness or dizziness, vertigo has relatively few causes.

Videonystagmography (VNG)

Videonystagmography (VNG) is for testing inner ear and central motor functions. VNG measures the movements of the eyes directly through infrared cameras. VNG testing is used to determine if a vestibular (inner ear) disease may be causing a balance or dizziness problem.
