Family physician persistent in saving patient's life

I am writing in regards to my family physician, Osvaldo Mardones, MD, of Pinnacle Medical Group. I have had an on going medical condition for numerous years that went undiagnosed. But through the compassion and perseverance of Dr. Mardones, I was able to have a life-saving and changing surgery last month at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. I am truly indebted to his expertise and willingness to listen, as he never gave up on me.

Thanks a million Dr. Mardones! You gave me a new life.
